Daily Schedule & Activities
What are the camp hours?
Standard Camp: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM ($300/week)
Extended Camp: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ($400/week)
Drop-off is between 8:00-8:30 AM. Late drop-off is available
until 12:00 PM (noon). Pick-up is at 3:00 PM (standard) or
anytime between 3:00-5:00 PM (extended care).
What activities will my child do each day?
Each day includes:
Morning movement games and
sports instruction (we may focus on
basketball, soccer, or other sports)
90-minute adventure block (art, music,
nature, STEM, or field day activities)
Basketball is used as an example of the type of
sport we might focus on during morning sports instruction. We
may choose a different sport depending on the week, season, or
camper interest. The specific sport will be confirmed before
camp starts.
Is the schedule the same every day?
Yes! We maintain the
same daily structure (arrival, movement,
sports, adventure block, lunch, recess, choice time, dismissal)
to provide predictability and reduce anxiety. However, the
specific activities within each block change daily
(Monday = Art, Tuesday = Music, Wednesday = Nature, etc.).
Food, Snacks & Lunch
Is lunch included?
No, lunch is NOT included in the base camp
price. Parents must send a packed lunch with their child each
day. However, we offer an
optional Lunch Program Add-On for $50/week per child
where we provide a daily lunch for your camper.
Are snacks provided?
Yes! We provide snacks and water throughout the
day during scheduled snack/water breaks. Extended care also
includes an afternoon snack. If your child has specific dietary
restrictions or allergies, please let us know during
registration.
Are there any food restrictions?
NO PEANUTS ALLOWED
We are a peanut-free facility due to severe
allergies. Please do not send any peanuts, peanut butter, or
foods containing peanuts with your child. We also ask that you
inform us of any other food allergies during registration so we
can keep all campers safe.
What should I pack for lunch?
Pack a lunch that doesn't require refrigeration or heating. We
recommend:
Sandwich, wrap, or bagel (NO PEANUT BUTTER)
Fresh fruit or veggie sticks
Chips, crackers, or pretzels
Non-refrigerated drinks (juice box, water bottle)
Snack or treat
Please clearly label your child's lunchbox with
their name!
Can my child bring their own water bottle?
Absolutely! We encourage kids to bring a
refillable water bottle labeled with their name. Water fountains are available for refills throughout the day.
We provide water during snack breaks, but having a personal
bottle helps kids stay hydrated during activities.
