Clear procedures for every situation to keep your child healthy and safe
Children showing signs of illness must stay home. We'll notify parents if symptoms develop during camp.
All medications must be clearly labeled. Staff will administer per written parent instructions.
All staff are informed of camper allergies. Emergency plans in place for severe allergies.
First aid kits on-site. Parents notified immediately for any injury requiring medical attention.
Multiple emergency contacts required. We'll reach you quickly if needed.
Staff trained in fire, lockdown, and weather emergency procedures. Plans posted and practiced.
If someone other than usual will be picking up your child, you must notify us in advance and provide their name and ID information.
We believe parents should never wonder what's happening at camp. We maintain open communication throughout the day and are always available to address your questions or concerns.
