Illness Policy

Children showing signs of illness must stay home. We'll notify parents if symptoms develop during camp.

Medication Management

All medications must be clearly labeled. Staff will administer per written parent instructions.

Allergy Awareness

All staff are informed of camper allergies. Emergency plans in place for severe allergies.

Injury Response

First aid kits on-site. Parents notified immediately for any injury requiring medical attention.

Emergency Contacts

Multiple emergency contacts required. We'll reach you quickly if needed.

Emergency Drills

Staff trained in fire, lockdown, and weather emergency procedures. Plans posted and practiced.

Secure Check-In & Check-Out

Morning Drop-Off

  • Staff greet each family at designated entry point
  • Attendance recorded immediately upon arrival
  • Quick health check (visible symptoms, mood)
  • Parents share any important information

Afternoon Pick-Up

  • Only authorized adults can pick up (ID required)
  • Sign-out sheet completed for every departure
  • Staff provide brief update on child's day
  • All belongings accounted for before leaving

If someone other than usual will be picking up your child, you must notify us in advance and provide their name and ID information.
